We have created the Porsche-Projects 993 Engine Lid, complete with all fittings. No body shop, no mechanic necessary. Simply unbolt the OEM unit and replace. Direct Fit. The standard steel part of 5.7Kg, this comes in a jaw-dropping 74% lighter… at 1.5Kg!!
All Carbon parts are manufactured in the UK, to the highest Aerospace standards, by qualified specialists and are guaranteed the best quality carbon parts available.
We have developed a number of parts in carbon, for weight saving in race applications; they are beautiful items to behold. Seems a shame to paint them sometimes.
Prices are for unpainted, unfinished carbon, with your choice of lacquer or not. Customised Paint and pattern weave is all possible as part of the manufacturing process.
Options are:
‘Fresh out of the mould’** – Bare carbon fibre for body-shop finishes (and parts to be painted).
‘Half Lacquer’** Fully finished and lacquered underside, showcasing the Carbon but leaving the outer shell ready for paint.
‘Full Lacquer’ – Fully finished and lacquered Carbon Fibre – a show car finish.
‘Custom Artwork’ – Fully finished in part lacquer, part artwork, eg. Martini or Dunlop etc.
** ‘Fresh out of the mould’ and ‘Half lacquered’ parts require a body-shop to finally finish and paint the parts prior to installation on the car.
